Why do this work?

When you remain entangled energetically with a story or experience from a past relationship, whether that relationship be with a partner, teacher,sibling, parent, friend, lover, boss, or co worker, you may very often find yourself looping in the same negative, destructive thoughts, or wondering “why does this always happen to me” when time and time again you find yourself in similar situations or attracting similar relationships into your life.

Why does this happen?

Being entangled in past relationships means there is an aspect of this past experience that is yet to be healed, resolved and integrated.   When a wound is unhealed, you will be constantly triggered by situations that feel similar, you will react from the wound.

Over and over the same trigger occurs and eventually it creates a rip/tear in your energy body. Energy leakage then occurs from the rips/tears.

As energy leaks out of the rips, it transmits the frequency of the rip (the frequency of the unhealed wound) and that frequency is like an energetic calling card that matches similar people or situations. It makes you prone to attract the very same or similar experiences.

The energy leakage is also detrimental to your wellbeing as you are leaking your precious life force, the energy that ignites enthusiasm, excitement and joy in your life.

But more than that, it keeps you stagnated, hindering your ability to embody all the wisdom you have gathered in your life and to live life joyfully in the present.

It plays havoc on your sense of self, as you keep looping in similar experiences and also creates tension within the nervous system. Whether conscious or unconscious there will be a sense of being unprotected or unsafe, feeling vulnerable when there is nothing in your life to represent you needing to feel that way.

THE PROCESS

The old conventional way of healing painful past relationships and experiences was through a mental process of talking and analyzing, however working with the Energetics of the experience offers an accelerated and thorough process to both liberate you and to reconnect you to the power that is always within you.

You can also utilize the exercises and meditations in real time. Eg – feeling angry.. Do a minute of the anger release exercise to return you to calm. Having a repeat of a negative thought… do the release old connections exercise and so on.
