INNER CHILD HEALING – the foundation of emotional maturity
The Inner Child is the representation of your purest and most innocent form. This child contains your innate desires, your creativity and your original connection to joy.
This child holds the memory of you knowing and feeling completely whole and perfect and aligned to your god given blueprint.
This child aspect of you, in its pure essence, is excitement and enthusiasm embodied, and is in absolute wonder of the limitless potential of life. She/he is pure creative potential and sees life as his/her blank canvas.
This precious pure aspect of you also holds onto all the experiences, (positive and negative) emotions and beliefs received in your childhood. It is the painful and frightening memories and beliefs that, left untouched and unhealed, obscure your pure essence from being fully lived in the present moment.
It is the containment of these experiences, emotions and limiting beliefs that continue to influence your behaviour, beliefs and emotional responses as an adult.
